Description

shutterBox is a controller designed to wirelessly control drives of electric blinds, awnings, projection screens, etc. using smart-phones and tablets, also from anywhere in the world, allows you to automate the operation of tilting windows

The integrated sensor system allows you to check whether the roller blind is open or closed, as well as set its position (e.g. tilt)

has advanced time control functions - roller blinds can open automatically at sunrise and close at sunset - as well as at any other time

thanks to μWiFi (microWiFi) communication technology, control is possible both within direct range and from anywhere in the world

allows you to control the roller blind locally - using a control button

the application for operating the device allows the synchronization of all roller blinds, giving the possibility of controlling them simultaneously, still allowing for individual operation of each of them

Smart homes from the beginning they were associated with expensive and complicated installation. Over the last five years, cheaper and less complicated wireless solutions have appeared on the market. However, they had the same drawback - they required a central unit to operate - a device intermediating communication between the user (or more precisely, his smartphone or tablet) and the controllers. The device was much more expensive than the individual elements of the system and prone to failure, the failure of which caused paralysis of the entire intelligent building.

wBox is a unique solution on a global scale. wBox devices do not require additional devices such as a central unit or a hub to operate. All you need is a regular WiFi network. After connecting the devices to it, they can be controlled from anywhere in the world. No complicated configuration. You can start with one "cube" controlling a lamp or roller blind and then expand your own Smart Home by adding others - as needed.
