Complaints and returns

A sample withdrawal form is included in Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is additionally available on the Online Store website in the "" tabComplaints and returns". You can use the sample withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

Return conditions

• The goods you return cannot bear any traces of use!
• The shipment in which you return the goods must be solidly packed and protected against damage. Goods sent without appropriate protection, e.g. a car radio only in its own factory box, are at risk of damage during transport.
• We will not accept parcels that arrive damaged or open.
• The returned goods must be complete, which means that they must contain all the original equipment elements, such as cables, screws, user manual, etc.
• You will receive a 100% refund of the price paid for the returned goods.
• You will receive a refund to your account within 14 days maximumand from the date of delivery of the returned goods to the store.
