Complaints and returns

Information for the consumer about the right to withdraw from a distance contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 30 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 30 days from the date on which you came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods.

A sample withdrawal form is included in Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is additionally available on the Online Store website in the "Complaints and returns" tab. You can use the sample withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you for the goods, immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of returning it, depending on which event occurs first.

If you have received the item, please send it back or give it to us at the following address: ul. L. Okulickiego 24, 33-300 Nowy Sacz, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us about your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the item before the 14-day deadline expires. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the items. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a manner other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

Return conditions

The goods you return cannot bear any traces of use!

The shipment in which you return the goods must be solidly packed and protected against damage. Goods sent without appropriate protection, e.g. a car radio only in its own factory box, are at risk of damage during transport.

We will not accept parcels that arrive damaged or open.

The returned goods must be complete, which means that they must contain all the original equipment elements, such as cables, screws, user manual, etc.

You will receive a 100% refund of the price paid for the returned goods.

You will receive the refund to your account within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery of the returned goods to the store.
