DELIVERY METHODS IN POLAND

• If you choose payment in the form of prepayment (traditional transfer, electronic transfer PayU.pl or PayPal), the cost of delivery by DPD, DHL, Paczkomaty 24/7 courier is PLN 16.00
• If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, the cost of delivery by DPD, DHL, Paczkomaty 24/7 courier is PLN 20.00

• If you choose payment in the form of prepayment (traditional transfer, PayPal electronic transfer), the cost of delivery by DPD courier is PLN 60.00

ORDER COMPLETION TIME

• Orders placed via the ster-tronic.pl online store are processed on business days from Monday to Friday.
• Depending on the selected payment and delivery method, order processing time may vary.
• In the case of products marked with a "Delivery time" of 3 days, the order is processed immediately after meeting the payment and/or logistic conditions.
• In the case of products marked with "Delivery time: e.g. 7-14 days", the order will be completed within the specified time, after meeting the payment and/or logistic conditions.
• Orders placed on business days after 3 p.m., regardless of the selected form of delivery, and orders placed on public holidays and on holidays announced earlier by the Seller in a message on the ster-tronic.pl store website, are processed in the order on the following business day.

• If you choose to pay by traditional transfer, the order will be processed on the day the payment is credited to the Seller's bank account and delivered on the next business day.

• If you place an order on business days before 3 p.m. and choose quick electronic payment via the PayU.pl , the order will be processed on the day the payment is confirmed by the PayU system (in 99% of cases on the day of payment) and delivered on the next business day.

• If you place an order on business days before 3 p.m. and choose quick electronic payment via Paypal.pl , the order will be processed on the day the payment is confirmed by the Paypal system (in 99% of cases on the day of payment) and delivered on the next business day.

• If you place an order on business days before 3 p.m. and choose to pay by cash on delivery, the order will be processed on the same day and delivered on the next business day.

LOGISTICAL SERVICE

• DPD – www.dpd.com.pl and DHL – www.dhl.com.pl are responsible for the logistics of orders.
• According to the assurances of the DPD and DHL courier companies, parcels are delivered within 24 hours from the moment the order status changes to " Shipped ".
• All shipments sent by Poczta Polska are sent as priority registered mail , delivery time is from 1 to 3 business days.
• All shipments are sent via parcel lockers , delivery time to the parcel locker is 1 business day.
• If there are any doubts regarding the condition of the delivered shipment, please complete the damage report in the presence of the DHL or DPD courier in order to file a complaint.
