Service

If you have a problem with an automation manufactured by eLdrim, please read this procedure. We provide post-warranty service. We accept all products for service with a completed service card. The lack of a service card significantly increases the repair time.

STER-TRONIC service procedure

• Contact the service biuro@ster-tronic.pl to determine the cause and type of the fault.
• After the initial diagnosis of the fault by the service, send the parcel to the following address: CAR-TRONIC Okulickiego 24 33-300 Nowy Sącz
• Pack the electronics carefully so that they are not damaged during transport (the company is not responsible for damage to the device during transport).
• Attach a completed service form to the device (failure to complete the form carefully will delay the repair).
• Please describe the fault in detail in the form and provide contact details (a contact telephone number is very important).
• The repaired or replaced device will be sent back for a fee to the address indicated by the customer along with a repair report.
• The device can also be delivered and picked up in person during business hours
• We invite you from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• The complaint processing time depends on the degree of damage from 7 to 14 days

REPAIR COSTS

Repair of remote controls

• Repair of a domestically produced remote control – labor and diagnosis: max PLN 30
• Repair of a foreign-made remote control – labor and diagnosis: max PLN 40
• Repair of a remote control powered by coin batteries - labor, i.e. for the time spent on diagnosis. In these remote controls, it is not possible to measure current without extending the auxiliary contacts outside the board (basic fee): max PLN 50
• Repair of the remote control after unsuccessful repair by an unskilled electronics technician - basic fee X2 - we do not guarantee repair of the remote control x 2
• Modification of the remote control on the HSC200, HCS300, HCS301 system, consisting in re-soldering the system to another "raw" remote control offered by the company PLN 20 + the price of a new remote control
• Replacing an integrated circuit from the HCS series - labor in remote controls provided by the client PLN 20 
• Changing the carrier frequency of the remote control provided by the client PLN 20

Driver repair

• Repair of a domestically produced controller – labor and diagnosis, max. PLN 80
• Repair of a foreign-made controller – labor and diagnosis, max. PLN 150

Shipping costs

• Shipping by DPD courier, payment to account: PLN 16
• Shipping by DPD courier, cash on delivery: PLN 25
