Shipping price list

General information

  • To check what the delivery cost of your order will be, add all the products to the cart and then select the delivery and payment method - you will then see the precisely calculated transport costs of the products you have selected.
  • Delivery prices and type of shipment depend on the dimensions and weight of the goods. After placing the goods, the total delivery cost is displayed. All shipments are insured by the courier company, this applies to shipments by DPD and DHL courier companies.

Status of goods

  • Goods with the AVAILABLE are shipped within 1 to 5 days (99% of shipments are shipped on the same day)
  • The status ASK FOR AVAILABILITY usually means shipment within 2-10 business days
  • The status AVAILABLE TO ORDER means that the goods are ordered individually for the customer. The delivery time is agreed with the customer
  • Status OUT OF STOCK The product is currently not available in stock, also in our suppliers' warehouse

Delivery costs of individual products

  • Delivery costs for individual products are provided for each product. In the case of larger orders, the delivery cost is indicated in the order basket.

How to receive your parcel safely 

What to do before receiving the parcel? Check the condition of the outer packaging very carefully.

  • quality of the tapes: whether they are not torn or cut
  • condition of the box or envelope: whether it is damaged, torn, dented, punctured or wet
  • number of boxes: are all packages delivered together (for multi-pack shipments)
  • If the external appearance of the packaging raises your objections, definitely refuse to accept the shipment. If everything is OK, sign the bill of lading. If you have chosen cash on delivery, please provide the courier with the amount due. Collect the parcel, but don't fire the courier just yet. Open the parcel in the presence of the courier and check whether the parcel is complete and the products are not damaged. If the courier doesn't want to wait, tell him that he will have to come back to prepare a report anyway.

If you have any reservations, prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier.

  • make sure to fill out all half of the form
  • be sure to keep a copy of the minutes
  • Please notify us of any objections within 24 hours at the latest, providing your order number and what happened. If you have already paid for the goods, please state whether you expect an exchange of the goods or a refund
  • We will inform you about further steps within 2 days at the latest

Delivery of goods

  • DPD and DHL courier companies and are delivered from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • The shipment of goods is confirmed by e-mail and SMSA . The e-mail will contain the consignment note number, which will enable you to track the shipment after sending. To do this, simply enter the appropriate number on the DPD , which will be available in the e-mail notification from us, and then locate the parcel. To ensure the high quality of this service, we offer parcel monitoring from the moment the goods are released from the warehouse to providing information about delivery on the next day.
  • Shipments sent by Poczta Polska are sent as registered priority or postal parcels .
  • Goods are also shipped via the PACZKOMATY , where parcel collection is possible from any parcel locker in the country.
