eLB2H 24V controller, replacement for NORMSTAHL Magic 600/1000

eLB2 This is a controller for gate and garage drives using 24V DC motors with a power of up to 140W. Perfect for continuous operation. It can be used in housing estate parking lots, private properties and companies.

eLB2 can be used as a replacement for drivers NORMSTAHL MAGIC 600 and MAGIC 1000. Motor connector and external connectors in the eLB2 controller and  NORMSTAHL MAGIC 600 and MAGIC 1000 are compatible. In case of such use, please read the service note for the eLB2 controller available on the manufacturer's website.

The drivers are available in two versions:

  • eLB2H – works with almost all remote controls compatible with the KeeLoq® coding system
  • eLB2E – works in KeeLoq® High Security mode and works with Eldrim remote controls

Characteristics

  • Control using transmitters (up to 30) at 433.92MHz with Keeloq dynamically variable code.
  • Bell button control.
  • Virtual limit switches.
  • Infrared barrier input – this is an additional security element that should be connected to the control. It increases the safety of use before the gate hits a vehicle, person or object in its view.
  • Earlier automatic closing of the gate after passing the infrared barrier.
  • Control with a manipulator located on the housing.
  • Automatic closing function – automatically closes the gate after a specified time. This time is regulated by the automatic closing delay time. Photocells shorten the automatic closing time; after removing the obstacle from the range of the photocells, automatic closing occurs after 5 seconds.
  • Residential function - facilitates entry-exit communication, ensuring that the gate will not close when another person activates the gate using a manual control button or remote control.
  • Emergency closing and opening function - using the opening and closing keys, you can close or open the gate in an emergency, taking special care, as all security measures are disabled.
  • Adjusting the overload force is an essential element of protection against crushing of elements located in the door opening, and additionally protects the engine and the entire drive mechanism of the gate against damage. The overload force is regulated by potentiometers marked: "VR1" Static and "VR2" Dynamic.
  • Dynamic closing – allows the swing gate to be slammed shut.
  • Traffic lights for gate movement or switching on the lighting with delayed switching off.
  • Automatic overload setting.
  • Automatic repeal after overload.
  • Remote programming of eLB2E transmitters.
