The GRAM-BOX ballast photovoltaic panel installation system is an innovative solution intended for use on flat surfaces and sloping roofs with an inclination of up to 10 degrees. Liquid-filled tanks are much safer and more convenient during installation than standard systems using a metal frame and concrete blocks. No sharp edges, very strong. reduces the risk of mechanical damage to the roof covering, and thanks to the tank's low weight before filling, its transport to the target installation site is not problematic. After positioning the elements in the target location and attaching the panels to them, the tanks should be filled with mains water. Additional strips can be used to increase the stability of the structure. stiffening, mounted with M8 screws to dedicated slots located in the front and rear walls of the tank
The system can also be used in winter, at negative temperatures. At the production stage, the tanks are initially filled with the appropriate amount of anti-freezing concentrate. After dilution during topping up with water, the concentration of the agent in the container remains high enough to prevent the water from freezing. The tank is delivered to the user together with the glycol concentrate and weighs 10 kg, therefore, to determine the recommended weight of 60 kg, add 50 liters of mains water to the tank, which will result in the recommended weight and concentration of the glycol solution equal to 10.7%.
Mounting rails with M8 screw slots are attached to the upper part of the tank. The inclination of the plane defined by the rails to the ground is 21°. The mounting rails are fully compatible with mounting systems suitable for trapezoidal bridges.
