Description

Sliding gate drive in a pole
The drive is designed for sliding gates weighing up to approximately 600 kg and lengths up to 9 m.
The pole with the drive replaces the pole supporting the gate.
In its upper part, a supporting roller is mounted, which operates in the "c" profile of the gate. The pole is produced in several versions: 125, 150 and 170 cm high. On request, we make a pole to any height from 100 to 170 cm.
The given height refers to the steel structure. The total height is increased by 7 cm (height of the canopy with the lamp). In the basic version, the pole is available in a galvanized version. On request, we paint in any RAL color (including gloss, semi-gloss, matte/smooth, textured, etc.).

Installation instructions:

The mechanism is designed to be mounted to the foundation next to the gate carriages.

The assembly takes place depending on the structure and dimensions of the gate, at such a distance that there is no collision of the pole with the gate elements and so that the pole can act as a supporting post.

A roller is attached to its upper part, which supports the gate in its upper part in the "c" profile.

The sliding mechanism uses the ELB7E/H

It has memory for 34 remote controls (ELB7E), "soft" start and slowing down before stopping, adjustable overload force, gate function (opening the gate e.g. 1 m on the second remote control button), photocell support (photo-optical barrier), automatic closing function, etc.
