Controller HEL B11 is intended for gate drives that use 230 Vac motors with a power of up to 500 W. This makes it perfect for continuous operation, and can also be used on private properties and in companies.

The Microchip variable transmitter coding system used makes it inaccessible to unauthorized persons. Moreover, the HB11 400Y/HB11 SLIDE control board is a modern control system based on the PIC18f25k12 microcontroller. It is worth adding that it was made using surface and through-hole mounting technology, which is why it is characterized by high quality and durability.

The controller is designed to control a sliding gate drive with a single-phase, bidirectional motor operating at 230 V AC. It is also worth remembering that the engine must be equipped with an encoder that generates a signal with a frequency of 24 Hz during normal operation (1 pulse per 1 revolution of the engine at 1440 rpm).

ADVANTAGES OF THE CONTROLLER

The HEL B11 controller offers many advantages that increase comfort and safety of use. For example, the soft start function increases the service life of the gate. Additionally, control using remote control transmitters (40 pcs.) at a frequency of 433.92 MHz with the Keeloq dynamically variable code and control using bell buttons ensure great flexibility in use.

Moreover, functions such as AUTO CLOSING, OPEN ONLY and GATES significantly increase the functionality of the system. Moreover, it is possible to adjust the operating time, which allows you to adapt the operation of the drive to the individual needs of the user.

It is worth emphasizing that the functions of slowing down, remote programming of the engine (using transmitters) and traffic lights with a flashing option are also available. Thanks to the function of shortening the auto-closing time after detecting passage (PHOTO CLOSE), the user can be sure that the gate will not pose a threat. In addition, it supports NC and NO limit switches and allows the installation of an infrared barrier. Finally, the simple installation and programming procedure makes the operation of the controller extremely intuitive.

MODE OF ACTION

The drive is controlled both via the transmitter button programmed in HEL B11 and the SBS sequential control bell button.

In the case of control from the SBS input or a transmitter assigned to this function, operation consists in executing the commands step by step: first OPEN, then STOP, then CLOSE, and then STOP. However, if the OPEN ONLY function is enabled, this is limited only to the possibility of opening the gate.

After turning on the power, the first command is to open. If we issue another command while the gate is moving, we will stop it and then we can start it in the closing direction. Thanks to this, the user has full control over the process of opening and closing the gate, which increases the comfort and safety of use.

Moreover, the GATE function (partial opening) is controlled using the transmitter button assigned to this function. In this way, the user can adjust the gate opening to his needs, which further increases the convenience of use and the flexibility of the entire system.
