Description

The Came ZA3P control unit is designed to control actuators with a single-phase 230Va.c./50÷60Hz motor with a power of up to 300W from the following series: KRONO, ATI, FERNI, FAST, FROG for single- or double-leaf gates. The control board is powered by 230Va.c./50÷60 Hz voltage supplied to the "L1-L2" terminals and is protected by a 5 A mains fuse. 24Va.c. voltage is supplied to the "10-11" terminals. to power accessories whose total power consumption cannot exceed 20W.

Reopening during closing (terminals 2-C1). Detection of an obstacle by the photocells during the gate closing phase reverses the direction of movement and opens the gate completely.

Reclosing during opening (terminal 2-CX) . Detection of an obstacle by the photocells during the gate opening phase reverses the direction of movement and completely closes the gate.

Arrests (2-CX). Detection of an obstacle by the photocell causes the gate to stop completely.

"STOP" button (2-1). Stops the gate and cancels the automatic closing cycle. To restart the gate, use the remote control or the "2-7" button

Functions:

Automatic Closing (TCA). The automatic closing time activates automatically at the end of the opening cycle. However, the automatic closing time is subject to the action of any safety equipment connected to terminals "2-C1" and "2-Cx) and is canceled by a "STOP" impulse (terminals "2-1") or in the event of a power failure.

  • Partial opening (2-3p). Opening of the gate leaf with the M2 motor (occurring during closing)
  • Detecting the presence of an obstacle. When the gate is stopped and the safety devices connected to terminals "2-C1" and "2-CX" detect the presence of an obstacle, the motor will not start until the obstacle is removed.
  • Electric lock. 12V / 15W "ES-ES" terminal, e.g. LOCK 81 or LOCK82 by CAME
  • "GATE OPEN" signaling. 24V/3W terminals "10-5", signals that the gate has not completed a complete closing cycle.

Control:

Step by step (open-stop-close) using the "2-7" button and the remote control.

Reversible (open-close) With the "2-7" button and the remote control.

TOTMAN (operator present), the gate can only be opened or closed when the button connected to terminals "2-7" is pressed. This function is activated when the TL (working time) regulator is set to minimum.
